Zivra Supplement Store Return Policy

Returns
At Zivra, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Perishable goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at support@zivra.com with your order details and a photo of the product.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email support@zivra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will respond with further instructions.
