Zivra Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zivra! Below is important information about our shipping processes and policies.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within The United States of America and select international destinations.
Shipping to P.O. boxes may have limitations based on the carrier.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@zivra.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace or refund your order.

8. International Shipping

International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
